Jean Greenbaum Esq., Certified Family Law Specialist

Jean Greenbaum has been practicing law since 1990.  Prior to moving to California in 1999, she practiced before the courts of the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau and Westchester counties in New York, Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and in the New Jersey State courts in Bergen and Essex Counties.  She had a general practice which included commercial litigation, both defense and prosecution, landlord/tenant law, real estate transactions, family law, and bankruptcy.  From 1999 to 2002, Ms. Greenbaum worked for the San Francisco firm of Pillsbury & Levinson doing insurance bad faith and insurance coverage law.  Ms. Greenbaum has been associated with the Law Offices of Robert Goodman since 2002 and her main focus in family law is on high conflict, litigation intensive cases.

Jean Greenbaum is a Certified Family Law Specialist. Certification in Family Law is a recognition bestowed by the California State Bar Association acknowledging Ms. Greenbaum's dedication and expertise in the area of Family Law. Certification is determined by the number and types of cases he has handled and the emphasis he has placed on the practice of Family Law. This certificate of specialization is bestowed only on attorneys who have had the requisite number of years and cases in Family Law, and have also passed an advanced test in Family Law.

Jean Greenbaum is licensed to practice law in California, New York, and New Jersey.  She graduated, cum laude , from New York Law School in 1984 and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1985.  Prior to practicing law, she worked for two Fortune 500 corporations, beginning her corporate career as an analytical chemist and ending it as Director of Operations.
